Historic property.  One of the last remaining movie theaters serving the African American community during segration.  Property has 10 efficiency apartments on the second level above where the movie theater and three commercial spaces with common bathrooms are located.  The apartments have been partially renovated.

There is limited parking and the building consumes the majority of the lot.  This building is being offered by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission and carries some conditions relating the renovation.
